Applications are now open for the annual Central Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters (CMRCC) scholarship program. CMRCC believes in accessible and affordable higher education, whether it’s choosing a union trade school or taking college courses. Each year, the regional council opens forty $1,000 scholarships. Scholarships will be awarded in 2024 to eligible member’s dependent children. Twenty of the scholarships are awarded based on scholastics, and twenty others via a random drawing.
The Central Midwest Carpenters scholastic scholarships are awarded based on 60% high school grade point average and 40% on SAT or ACT scores. Twenty scholarships will be selected by random drawing. Read more
