General Contractor is a joint venture with Turner/Walsh. This project started in 2022 and will last until 2025. Carpenters are performing the concrete, framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings along with some flooring. This project will see up to 500 carpenters at peak.

Multiple projects with 3 different General Contractors are on NCH campus. The RB4 project is a 7-story addition to their research building with carpenters performing all framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, cabinets, and specialties. With these projects, we currently have 40 carpenters working on campus with more coming.

General Contractor, Turner Construction, started the Facebook project in 2017. It has the potential to continue growing for another 8 years or more. There has been 80+ carpenters on this project performing work on concrete to all the interior work and more.

Just started in 2021, the Amgen project will last nearly 10 years. In its early stages still, carpenters are known to be completing the exterior framing and exterior paneling on this project.

General Contractor Kokosing Construction Company is running the redevelopment project improving the downtown Columbus I-70/I-71 split. This project has just begun and will last up-to 3 years with work on multiple bridges, including one of the longest in Ohio.
